"I believe that a caseworker for each family is needed. This would be a person that they can call with questions about how to navigate through the system, what services are available and which aren't, and a person that could answer a question for them instead of giving them the run-around. As of now you get some info here and some info there and hope that it is the correct info. A person with all the correct info on where to send them would be a God-send."
