Kimberly Fowler moved to Savannah in Chatham County, Georgia, in November 2024 after previously living in Watkinsville in Oconee County. She has been married to her husband, Michael, for 20 years. Kimberly is a mother to two biological sons, Carter and Christian, and the adoptive mother of six children, including a set of twin girls, five of whom are siblings. She works for the law firm of Karsman, McKenzie & Hart in Savannah.
Kimberly attends Gateway Church in Pooler, where she serves in the children’s ministry and provides administrative support when needed. She serves as a co-director for Harbor in Twelve, a Region 12 mentor program that helps foster parents navigate partnership parenting, encourages fostering teens, and provides additional support and resources. She previously served in a similar role for The Five Hive in Region 5.
Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, supporting others, and contributing her voice through the Georgia Parent Advisory Council (GAPAC). Through GAPAC, she has strengthened communication and advocacy for foster and adoptive parents at both local and statewide levels.
