Susan (Sue) Lagenfeld is a Resource Parent from the Rochester, New York area. Susan is a 3rd generation foster parent. Susan became interested in the work with FU LEAB because her husband was adopted from foster care. Susan and her husband have adopted 3 older children from foster care. Susan is most proud of her contributions on the NYS OCFS Parent Advisory Board and facilitating the permanency support group for her network for 4 years. Susan is also a Senior Level Human Resources Leader.
