Tiffany Jones (she/her) is a passionate advocate, nonprofit founder, and student success professional based in McKinney, Texas. She serves as Grant Coordinator for the FAST Academy at Texas Woman’s University, supporting college-bound foster youth.
A former foster youth herself, Tiffany aged out at 18—a life experience that fuels her commitment to advocacy, storytelling, and policy change. She is the founder of My Nxt Chapter, a nonprofit that helps young people prepare for life after foster care.
Tiffany is known for her bold, compassionate approach and dedication to uplifting youth voices. She was selected as one of FosterClub’s 2025 National Foster Care Month Influencers and is proud to use her platform to build community and drive change.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, faith journaling, and writing spoken word poetry. Tiffany believes every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered.
